Apart from this, he was a Key Operating Leader for FormatkCompany, Israel for India from October 2018 to June 2019 for Laser training and teaching of fellow Plastic surgeons and dermatologists. And He is mentor and global trainer for Reveal lasers for microlift and microtight procedures
He is a founder member of AAPS (Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Organising Coordinator for AESURG 2019 and on organising committee for Master classes in Aesthetics in Nair Hospital. He is founder member of The Schoolphi academy and organises workshops and conferences and webinars for educating young plastic surgeons.
